Ordering and branding your teddy bears
Most of our current teddy bears have a minimum order of 25. Some compact bears and keyring styles start at 50. The exact minimum is shown with the quantity breaks on each product page.
Our standard dispatch time is seven working days from artwork approval. Have a fixed event date? Simply let us know when you make your enquiry, and we will check stock, proofing and delivery to confirm whether we can meet it. The seven-day figure is for dispatch, not arrival.
Yes. We charge the product price plus £2.50 postage for a sample, then refund the sample cost if you go ahead with the full order. Our graphics team will email a PDF proof, and we won’t print the bears until you’ve approved it.
The set-up charge depends on how the bear is printed. Current UltraHD full-colour products have a £50 set-up charge, while screen printing costs £40 per imprint colour. Add this to the relevant quantity price, or ask us to work out the complete quotation for you prior to placing your order.
It depends on the bear and its clothing. Many T-shirts, sashes and bandanas use UltraHD full-colour printing; bows and hi-vis jackets in the current range are generally screen printed in one or two Pantone colours. Check the method and print area on the exact product page, because they are not the same across every style.
Send a vector AI, EPS or PDF file if you have one, as it can be resized without losing sharpness. A high-resolution JPEG or PNG may also work. Our graphics team will check the file against the selected branding area and send a PDF proof before production. See our printing and artwork tips for more detail.
Check the exact product and the intended age and use rather than assuming every soft toy is suitable for every child. Current teddy bear product pages list CE toy safety regulations and EN71 compliance. Tell your account manager the recipients' ages and how the bears will be distributed so they can confirm the warnings, age grading and supplier documents for the product you choose.
