Branded wristbands are a practical way for organisations to keep their logo visible at events. Promotional wristbands suit charity fundraisers, festivals, music events, health awareness campaigns, sporting occasions and tourist attractions. Choose from printed wristbands in silicone, fabric, reflective, seeded-paper and budget event styles, or a debossed silicone design, then browse the range below for the colours and finish that fit your occasion.

Current minimums start at 100 units, but the applicable quantity depends on the product. The Domed Silicone Wristbands, Seeded Paper Wristbands and Shine Reflective Slap Wrap currently list 100; thirteen available products list 250; and the Event Fabric Security Lock Wristbands list 500. Check the selected product page or quotation because these figures can change.
Current product records range from five to fifteen working days from artwork approval to dispatch. Dispatch is not the delivery date. Give us your required date and postcode when you enquire so we can check proofing, production and carriage for the chosen wristband.
Yes. We can arrange a plain sample so you can inspect the material, size and finish before ordering. Most samples are free, although higher-value samples may be chargeable. Once you proceed, we send an artwork proof for approval before production begins.
The price depends on the wristband, quantity and branding method. Product pages show the available quantity breaks and the applicable set-up cost, while your quotation confirms branding, set-up and delivery charges before you order. If you have a lower quotation for the same product and specification, send it to your account manager for a like-for-like assessment under our price-match promise.
Send the highest-resolution file available to your account manager. Vector AI, EPS or PDF files are preferred; a high-resolution JPEG or PNG may also work. Our artwork team will check the design against the exact wristband and branding area, then send a proof before production. See our artwork and printing guidance for further detail.
Yes. We typically keep approved artwork on file for approximately three years. Give your account manager the previous order details and they will confirm the current product, price, branding specification and production time before proceeding.
