Yes. Minimum order quantities currently start at 10 and vary from product to product. Across the current range, 101 products have a minimum of 25, 67 start at 50 and 34 start at 10. Please see the individual product page for the exact minimum quantity information.

Most of our bottles can be branded within ten working days or less. Current product pages most often show dispatch within five or seven working days from final artwork approval, while selected bottles take 10 working days or 10–15 working days.

If you need to place a large order, we recommend calling our customer service department so that we can check current stock levels. To find out more about delivery times, simply contact one of our friendly account managers, who will be happy to advise you further.

Yes. We can send you a sample so you can inspect your desired water bottle before production. Simply complete the quote form next to the bottle and, when your account manager contacts you, they will organise this for you. Most of our samples are free of charge; however, for some higher-value items we may have to charge.

We will send a free artwork proof to you by email, typically on the same day you decide to proceed, depending on the time of day we receive your artwork. After receiving your bottle proof, contact your account manager to approve the design or request any required changes. Production will not begin until you have approved it.

Yes. There is a set-up charge per order to custom print your bottles. Please refer to the individual product page for the applicable set-up charge.

We check our prices regularly to ensure that you receive the best possible price. If you find the same product and branding specification cheaper elsewhere, let us know and we will compare it on a like-for-like basis.

Once you are happy with your quotation, simply email your logo and imprint details to your dedicated account manager. The files we prefer to receive are EPS, AI and PDF vector formats; high-resolution JPG and PNG files can sometimes be accepted. Please send us the highest-resolution file you have available.

If the artwork resolution is too low, we may have to redraw it, and additional charges may apply depending on its complexity. This could also result in additional production time.

If you want to use your own font, it should be converted to outlines in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW or a similar program before being sent to us. Alternatively, submit the font name and we will use it if available or look for something similar.

You can also receive free expert artwork advice from one of our trained graphic designers. We typically keep approved artwork and designs on file for approximately three years. Our artwork and printing guidance provides further information.

Different bottles have different print limitations, so we recommend sending your logo and imprint requirements to us. Our production specialists will check whether the artwork will work on your selected bottle. If we cannot use the original artwork, we will try to provide alternative options.

Most of our drinking bottles have multicolour imprint options. We also have a selection of promotional bottles that can be printed in full colour using our UltraHD™ technology.

The Pantone Matching System is a standardised colour-reproduction system used for spot-colour logos and branding. CMYK uses cyan, magenta, yellow and black to reproduce multicoloured designs such as photographs. The available print size, position and method depend on the selected bottle and will be confirmed on your artwork proof.

Our bottles are manufactured from various materials, including BPA-free plastic, metal and Tritan. Our range of eco-friendly water bottles also includes products manufactured from recycled materials. Please refer to the individual product page for specific material, recycling and compliance information.

Leak resistance, dishwasher suitability and suitability for hot drinks also vary by product and lid. A bottle being dishwasher-safe does not necessarily mean that its printed decoration should be machine washed. Check the product specification or ask your account manager to confirm these requirements before ordering.
