Ordering and branding your travel mugs
Minimum orders vary by product and currently start at 10. Across the current online range, 26 products have a minimum of 10, while most remaining lines start at 25 or 50. The exact minimum is shown alongside the price breaks on each product page.
Current product pages show dispatch times of five to 15 working days from artwork approval, with most products listed at five or seven working days. We deliver throughout the UK. Tell your account manager your postcode and required date so stock, production and carriage can be checked together.
Yes. Plain samples can be arranged so you can check the size, material and lid before ordering. Most are free, although a charge may apply to higher-value items. Once you proceed, we email a free artwork proof and do not begin production until you approve it.
Yes, a set-up charge applies, but the amount depends on the product and branding method. Every current travel-mug product page shows a set-up note and the available quantity price breaks. Your quotation confirms the product, branding, set-up and delivery costs before you order.
Yes, selected travel mugs can carry spot Pantone colours or full-colour artwork. Some screen-printed options accept up to four spot colours, while selected UltraHD™ products use CMYK printing for photographs, gradients and multi-colour designs. CMYK does not match a Pantone spot colour in the same way, so we will check your artwork against the selected mug.
Send a vector AI, EPS or PDF file if you have one, as it can be resized without losing sharpness. A high-resolution JPEG or PNG may also work. Print areas and detail limits vary by mug, so our graphics team will check the file and suggest alternatives if the original design will not reproduce clearly. Our artwork and printing guidance provides further details.
Yes. We typically keep artwork on file for approximately three years, which makes repeat orders quicker. Give your account manager the previous order details and they will confirm the current product, price and branding specification before proceeding.
