It depends on the style, quantity and branding. Budget drawstring and sling bags are the lowest cost, while padded laptop and executive backpacks sit higher; live pricing and quantity breaks are shown on every product page.

Lower than you might expect for bags. Most of our backpacks start at 10 units, with a good number at 25, some at 50 and a handful from just 5. The exact minimum is shown on each product page. UK-stocked styles suit smaller runs, while bespoke, made-to-order bags need larger quantities for the best price.

Most of our range dispatches within 5 working days of artwork approval, with some lines at 7 and the more involved builds at 10 to 15. Note that the clock starts at approval rather than at your order, which is the part buyers most often get caught by. We deliver right across the UK and can arrange international delivery too.

Yes to both. We'll send a sample so you can check the bag before you commit, and once you order you'll get a free artwork proof by email — usually the same day — to approve before we print or embroider.

There's a one-off set-up charge per order to apply your logo (shown on each product page). And yes, we price-match: find the same branded backpack cheaper and we'll match it, usually beat it, with our award-winning UK service alongside.

It depends on the bag. Most of our backpacks are screen printed in one to four spot Pantone colours, or run through our UltraHD full-colour process where the artwork needs photographs or gradients. Embroidery and laser engraving are available on selected lines.

Position is usually the front panel or the front pocket, because that is the flat, firm area a print can sit on; a heavily padded or curved panel is not printable. Print areas vary by style, from around 50 x 20mm on a small front patch up to 230 x 160mm across a main front panel, and the exact area for each bag is shown on its product page.

Send your logo as a vector EPS, AI or PDF where possible, or a high-resolution png or jpg. Because a backpack panel is padded and curved, our team will advise the best method and placement — embroidery for a hard-wearing premium finish, screen or full-colour print for bold colour.
