Ordering custom printed mugs
Minimum quantities in the current range start at 25 mugs. Across the 56 in-stock products listed directly in this category, minimums run from 25 to 144, with 42 products starting at 25, 36 or 50. The exact minimum is shown alongside the price breaks on each product page.
Current listed dispatch times run from five to 15 working days after artwork approval. Forty-two of the 56 in-stock mugs currently list five or seven working days. These are dispatch times rather than guaranteed delivery dates, so tell us when the mugs are required and we will check the product, quantity and stock before you order.
Yes, we can arrange a plain sample for you to inspect before ordering. Most plain samples are free, although higher-value samples may be chargeable. Once you decide to proceed, we will send an artwork proof for your approval before production begins.
A set-up charge applies to most printed mugs and varies according to the product and printing method. The applicable charge will be shown on the product page or quotation. If you have a lower competing quotation for an identical product and specification, send it to your account manager and we will assess it under our price-match promise.
Selected mugs can be ordered in a mixture of colours when the same artwork is used throughout the order. Available colours and any quantity conditions depend on the particular mug, so we will confirm the permitted combination in your quotation.
Email the highest-resolution version of your logo or artwork to your account manager. Vector EPS, AI or PDF files are preferred; JPG and PNG files can sometimes be accepted. Convert fonts to outlines where possible and consult our artwork and printing guidelines. We will check the file against the selected mug and send a proof before production.
There is no single answer covering every mug and print process. The mug body and the printed decoration can have different care requirements, so check the individual product page or ask us before ordering. This is particularly important for glass, heat-changing, Pantone-matched and engraved mugs.
