Ordering and branding your mugs
Please see the product detail page for minimum quantity information, which does vary depending on the mug selected. Minimum quantities in the current range start at 25 mugs, with the exact figure shown alongside the product’s price breaks.
Most of our current mugs list dispatch within ten working days or less. Across the full core range, stated dispatch times run from five to 15 working days after artwork approval. These are dispatch times rather than guaranteed delivery dates, so tell us the date the mugs are needed and we will check the selected product, quantity and stock before you order.
Yes, we can arrange a plain sample for you to inspect before ordering. Most samples are free; however, the higher-value samples may be chargeable. Once you decide to proceed, we will send an artwork proof for your approval before production begins.
A set-up charge does apply to most of our products. This charge varies depending on the mug and branding method, and the product page or quotation shows the relevant amount. If you have a lower competing quotation for an identical product and specification, send it to your account manager and we will assess it under our price-match promise.
We can match Pantone colours when a suitable mug and spot-colour screen-printing process are selected. Products offering UltraHD™ full-colour print or dye sublimation are suited to photographs, gradients and complex CMYK artwork. Full-colour processes do not reproduce an exact Pantone match in the same way as a spot-colour process, so tell us when a particular brand colour is critical.
For selected mugs, yes, you can order a mixture of colours as long as the same artwork is used on each item. Colour availability and any quantity conditions depend on the particular mug, so we will confirm the permitted mix in your quotation.
Please email the highest-resolution version of your logo or artwork to your account manager. Vector EPS, AI or PDF files are preferred; JPG and PNG files can sometimes be accepted. Convert fonts to outlines where possible and see our artwork and printing guidelines for further details. Our design team will check the file against the chosen mug and send a proof before production.
